Aromificio Salamina has always given prime importance to the Quality that is managed according to the philosophy of Total Quality Management (TQM).

This means that in addition to the concept of product quality, intended as conformance to specifications based on accurate selection of the best raw materials, careful selection and monitoring of suppliers, strict incoming goods inspection and accurate check at every stage of production along the entire manufacturing process, the Aromificio Salamina aims at a Total Quality Management based on process control combined with customer orientation, continual improvement (Kaizen), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), employee involvement and the application of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and of the systematic preventive approach to food safety at all stages of production (HACCP).

All that ensures that our products are prepared and packaged in compliance with the regulations in force, that there is complete traceability of our productions, in addiction the goods are always supplied along with the respective Safety Data Sheets, stating the physical and chemical characteristics of the products, in which are specified all the storage conditions.
